During the era of globalisation, the third industrial revolution, marked by digitalisation, played a pivotal role. The internet emerged as a notable tool, universally accessible and beneficial to all, regardless of democratic systems or domains.

Within the World Bioeconomy Association, we foresee the impending advent of the next industrial revolution – the biorevolution. This isn't solely a biotechnology-driven transformation but a comprehensive shift toward sustainable bio-based solutions. This transition brings new expectations for resilient value chains.
